Trans Provincial Net

We are a friendly net whose main purpose is to serve the amateur radio community. Amateurs from all areas are invited to check in on phone or CW. Meet your friends from Newfoundland to Victoria, the United States & beyond.

The Trans Provincial Net operates in co-operation with Amateur Radio Emergency Services in the interest of public safety and emergency preparedness. In the event of a declared emergency all operators are asked to follow the instructions of the Emergency Net Control Station and assist in any way possible.

Please Note: If there is no net control on board, please feel free to give a few calls and keep the net rolling.

Ron, Dave and Lee get the TPN off to a flying start every week day with the "Early Morning Round Up".. join in the fun!

White

Regular Net Control Stations.

Green

The TPN is home to other weekly nets, specialty and club stations.

Red

Unassigned, available.

Blue

Saturday is open to any ham that would like to take a spot as net control. Some Saturdays are sponsored by clubs or groups, if your club or group would like to host a day on the TPN please contact Jim VA3KU.

Note: There may be the occasion when a net control station may be unable to cover their time slot, if that happens there is an open invitation to all hams to pickup the spot and activate the net....have some fun!

Canadian Ladies' Amateur Radio Association

The Canadian Ladies' Amateur Radio Association (CLARA), over 30 years of continuous operation on the air.
Tuesdays at 9am.

Quarter Century Wireless Association

The QCWA ia an non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the best interests of all amateurs for now and for posterity.

One of QCWAs most important activities is the scholarship program. QCWA scholarships are available to radio amateurs who are pursuing college level courses leading to degrees, regardless of licence class or geographic location.

First Wednesday of the Month 10am.

Military Communications and Electronics Museum

The "Military Communications and Electronics Museum" (Museum) is an accredited museum of the Department of National Defence (DND). The Museum's role is to educate members of the military and of the general public about the people, the events and the technologies involved in Canadian military communications and electronics. Thursdays at 10am.
